CYD LLC (“CYD”) respects privacy concerns and recognizes the importance of protecting the information our customers and users provide on our website and social media sites. This Privacy Policy describes the policies and procedures on the collection, use, and sharing of personal information gathered while using all of our content, products, and, services (“Service”). There are multiple places for users to provide personal information while visiting our website or social media sites to learn about our services and products and conduct search queries; communicate with us; claim a free bonus or offering; complete forms to create an account, subscription, profile; provide information by participating in surveys, quizzes, assessments; participate in events, promotions or live chat by answering questions, making comments, asking questions, providing information or feedback; offering testimonials; etc.

Your personal information may be shared with third parties when we have your consent. Your credit card information is stored on third-party servers, not the Company. Credit card information is only used when provided and authorized by you to complete transactions and for billing arrangements

  • Inform you of 3rd party promotions that may match your interest

No payment data is stored on Company servers.  Payment for our Services is processed by third-party processing services and is therefore subject to the privacy policies of the payment processing service.  Payment transactions are the responsibility of third-party vendors (e.g., PayPal) who confirm they use encrypted SSL technology and require a password to enable account access. 

 

Data transmission via the internet can be vulnerable and is never completely secure through any device or Service.  Please understand that all use and data transmission are at your own risk.  To protect your user Account we advise you to take precautions since you alone are responsible for your Account including sharing access to your data intentionally and unintentionally with others.  Allowing other people to access your Account creates the opportunity for them to access your personal data and app controls. The Company will NOT contact you via telephone to request you, verbally or via text, provide or confirm your personal, financial, account, or business information.  Please know that the Company does NOT contact any customers via telephone without your prior approval or your request for the provision of a specific Company telephone-based product or service.  If the Company needs to be in touch with you, we will first do so via the Company email. 

 

You are responsible for determining the legitimacy of any request for your personal, financial, or account business information.  You are responsible for keeping this information safe.

Our Service is not directed or marketed to anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18 unless it is provided by their parent or legal guardian.   • The Company records live, audio, and video sessions for training, coaching, and courses. Since our presence and interactions are an essential part of the Service content, participants should assume that sessions are recorded and retained. We own any content that you appear in and may feature, sell or create content from it without notification or compensation to you.  If you participate in a training or product course, we collect user information and completion data.

Any information, opinions, profiles, content, pictures, and ideas you verbalize, post, or disclose in public areas on interactive forums, message boards, or chat rooms that others can see become public information. Please exercise caution in deciding to disclose your own personal information.

  • Although public information may be legally disseminated, copied, and used by others, we request that all participants respect others’ right to privacy.
