Question 1 of 6

1.    We consider coaching to be a partnership. If you are looking for someone to tell you what to do, that’s not us. As your coach, we help you see that you have the resources, knowledge and skills you need to deal with the situation including having the confidence and courage to take action, learn and change.

In order to do that and obtain the necessary level of clarity we ask questions.  There is no right or wrong answer.  Your responsibility is to give thoughtful replies and the best and most honest answers you can. Are you willing to do that?

A

Yes

B

No

Maybe, It Depends
